Our commitment

Vidakind respects your privacy. We collect only the information we need to respond to your enquiry and to provide our companionship and lifestyle services, and we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you enquire, we collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the services you are interested in, your preferred days and times, and any message you choose to send. We ask you not to include medical or other sensitive details in the enquiry form. Anything important is discussed privately during your welcome visit, with your consent.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you about your enquiry, arrange welcome visits and bookings, personalise your visits (including the preferences you choose to record in your Little Things Book) and, with your permission, keep nominated family members informed through the Vidakind app.

Sharing

We never sell your personal information or share it for marketing. Information is shared only with the people you nominate, with service providers that help us run the business (such as secure hosting), or where required by law.

Website

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are provided by Google Fonts, which receives a standard request from your browser. Enquiries sent through this website are transmitted securely and stored only for Vidakind to action.
