Your clients, crew, messages and photos sit behind a wall. No other operator can reach them, and that wall is enforced by the database, not just the screen.

We can’t browse your records

If you need help, our support view is read-only, lasts a set time, needs a reason, and is logged where you can see it.

A missed payment never deletes your data

You get time to fix your card, then read-only access, then a pause. Your records are still there when you’re back.

Who is this for?

People who run NDIS, home care, companionship or other in-home support businesses, from a sole worker to a growing team.

Do clients pay you or me?

You. Clients pay your own Stripe account directly, so we never hold your money. Stripe charges its own card fees.

Does it submit NDIS claims for me?

It records each client’s plan and budget, and prepares claim files you or a plan manager can use. It doesn’t lodge claims with the NDIS for you.

Do my crew and clients need separate apps for my business?

No. Everyone uses the same two apps, and they see only your business. Crew sign in with your Company ID, a username and a password.

What happens after the free trial?

After 14 days, add your card to keep going on one monthly subscription. If you don’t, you get time to decide, then read-only access. Nothing is deleted.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. You can export it from Settings whenever you like.
