How the savings calculator works

It compares what your business spends on admin today with what it could spend after moving to one system. It also counts visits lost to mix-ups and any software you could stop paying for.

Common questions

How do I work out what admin costs my care business?

Add up the hours everyone spends each week on rostering, payroll, invoicing, notes, family updates and enquiries. Multiply each by the hourly cost of the person doing it, including super and leave, then multiply by 52 and divide by 12 for a monthly figure.

Are the savings guaranteed?

No. The result is an estimate from your own figures and the percentages you choose. The three scenarios are our own starting points, not survey results, and you can change every one.

What is the return on the subscription?

It compares what you get back each month with what Vidakind costs. A result of 3× means every dollar spent on the subscription brings back about three dollars.

Is what I type saved anywhere?

No. The sums run in your browser. Your figures only leave it if you choose to share the link, because the link carries them.
