Delete your account.
Applies to the Vidakind app, the Vidakind Crew app and accounts created on vidakind.com.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Vidakind app and sign in.
- Go to Settings and tap Delete my account (in Vidakind Crew: Settings > Delete my login).
- Type DELETE to confirm. You are signed out straight away.
Ask us to delete it for you
No longer have the app? Send us a message from the email address on your account and write “Delete my account”. You can also ask us to delete only some of your information, such as past requests or your saved details, and keep your account.
What we delete, and when
Within 30 days we delete your sign-in, your name, email address and phone number, the visit requests you sent, and the visits and visit updates linked to your account.
We keep only what the law requires, such as tax and invoice records of paid visits, for the legal retention period (usually five years in Australia), and then delete them.
